Terms & Conditions – The Brick Hotel

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://www.thebrickhotel.ca

 and all reservations made with The Brick Hotel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required to confirm a booking. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary by rate and are clearly displayed during the booking process. By completing a reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided in your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

Guests agree to:

Comply with all house rules provided before or during their stay

Respect occupancy limits

Maintain reasonable noise levels

Respect neighboring residents and property

Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

5. Damage, Loss & Incidentals

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear. The Brick Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment method for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs.

The Brick Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Safety & Conduct

Guests must comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations. Any illegal or unsafe activity may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

7. Force Majeure

The Brick Hotel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, utility outages, pandemics, or labor disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Brick Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, use of our website, or booking services.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes to These Terms
